After Lecture 1 - Our group discussion of ideas:

What does 'The Greatest Day' mean?

IMMEDIATE LIMITATION- only filming on campus, so relatively simple yet effective ideas

Something that is serious?

1) life or death

2) ending an illness

3) difficulty of life- becomes easier

4) some struggle

Something that is funny/ amusing- to entertain?

1) magical powers

2) time travel

3) switch personalities- like Freaky Friday

4) stop time

5) split screen- or dual lives like Sliding Doors idea of the 'what if'

6) treasure hunt- or little things left by someone who gradually makes someones day better

Generic ideas? AKA what matters to the student?

• Alcohol
• A students 'water'
• Money
• Key fob
• Only appeals to Keynes and Turing students only though- idea of bring a personality to the key- constantly going missing- the bane of student life is not losing the key
• Food
• Standard student can't afford food as alcohol is more important- idea of can't afford food but can always afford drink

We all want to create something innovative and unexpected but at first glance of the title, we feel limited for ideas
